Pam Bondi’s Epstein Hearing Is Complete Chaos

She's getting into arguments, like saying a Congresswoman who lost family in the Holocaust is antisemitic. Stuff like that isn’t the exception, it’s the rule. Bondi also can’t answer a question directly. When asked why alleged Epstein clients and co-conspirators weren’t getting indicted she went on a rant about the stock market. That wasn’t a one-time response either. Her go-to was to call this a targeted attack on Trump to ignore his “wins.” She also reflected when asked why HER DoJ didn’t follow the letter of the law to release files. The reason? “What about Merrick Garland?” Thomas Massie responded that yeah, past administrations did bear some responsibility for botching the Epstein investigation. But she’s the one in charge right now and the only one responsible for following the law to release files. Her response was to call him a hypocrite because he voted against a deepfake porn bill. Which… wasn’t related to or even answered his question AT ALL. Another key strategy was to ask “what about…?” rather than actually give an answer. Like when she was asked about Ghislaine Maxwell and said this, “You know, instead of talking about Gerlain Maxwell, who hopefully will die in prison, hopefully will die in prison, you should be talking about Iryna Zarutska. Who died on a subway." It’s almost like Bondi didn’t get the memo that she’s there for a specific reason: TO TESTIFY ABOUT THE EPSTEIN FILES.
