The U.S. agreed to a two-week cease-fire with Iran to give time for diplomats to work out a lasting deal to halt the war. President Trump said the truce was conditional on Iran opening the Strait of Hormuz to shipping traffic, which had slowed to a crawl during the five-week war.

Iran also agreed to a two-week cease-fire and said it would allow “safe passage” through the strait, though only in coordination with the Islamic Republic’s navy and “with due consideration of technical limitations”—wording that analysts have interpreted as meaning the flow of vessels could be slowed or quickened on Tehran’s whim.

Trump has said a 10-point Iranian plan would form the basis for the talks, though he has also said that Iran has already agreed to many elements of a separate 15-point U.S. plan that calls for sweeping concessions by Tehran. Iran hasn’t released its proposal, but a 10-point plan published in state media included guarantees that the U.S. and Israel won’t attack, retaining control of the Strait of Hormuz, allowing Iran to enrich uranium, sanctions relief and the withdrawal of all U.S. combat forces from the Middle East.

Most of Iran’s demands have been called nonstarters for the U.S. and Israel. Iran has likewise called the U.S. plan, which calls for Iran to give up nuclear enrichment and accept limits on its missile arsenal, unacceptable.

Zebulon likes to shoot guns on his property in rural Macon County, Tennessee. His neighbor doesn’t like hearing Zebulon shoot his guns because it “agitates” him. So he calls the cops and tells them he heard gunshots on Zebulon's property. He admits that he didn’t see shots fired into the air, but “assumes” they were fired into the air. Then the cops go onto Zebulon’s property, where he’s busy mowing his field. They tell him they aren’t there to take his gun. But actually, that’s exactly what they do. Then, while standing on this man’s property, holding his gun that they claimed they weren’t there to take, they demand to see his ID, even though he told them he didn’t fire any shots into the air, or do anything illegal. But he doesn’t want them there and invokes his Fourth Amendment rights, asking them to leave. But these cops brag about the fact that they could care less about the Fourth Amendment.

Cops Arrest Man on His Own Property After Karen Neighbor Hears Gunshots

CAUGHT ON CAMERA | Video shows a tense confrontation between multiple adults and a child inside a West Boca gated community, now under active investigation by deputies, CBS12's Katie Bente reports. 

 A chaotic confrontation between a group of adults and a child inside a gated West Boca Raton community is drawing scrutiny — and raising questions about where the line is between intervention and potential criminal behavior.

Video obtained by CBS12 News from the child’s parents, along with additional footage first reported by BocaNewsNow.com, shows a tense encounter inside the gated Lotus Edge community involving multiple adults and a minor.

According to parents and neighbors, the situation began after the child was seen riding an e-bike in the neighborhood.

In one clip, a man identified as Mitchell Schuman appears to follow the child on a bicycle while confronting him.

“You think it’s funny? You think it’s funny, right?” the man is heard saying in the video. The child responds, “You don’t have any authority to do anything security does.”

The Hardest Problem AI Ever Solved, with Google DeepMind CEO

Chris gets an F in math and panics, so instead of showing Rochelle the real report card, he has the grade changed to an A to trick her into thinking he’s suddenly doing great. For a moment, it works—Rochelle is proud, impressed, and ready to believe her son finally turned things around. But the lie starts cracking fast when Julius reminds her that Ms. Morello already called the house, and Rochelle realizes something is seriously off.

Once Rochelle knows Chris is hiding something, she doesn’t wait around. She goes straight to school and puts him on the spot in front of Miss Morello’s math class, basically daring him to prove he really deserves that A. Chris can’t do it. With the whole class watching, his fake “math genius” act collapses, and he finally has to admit the truth: he didn’t get an A at all—he really got the F he was trying to cover up. This storyline is from “Everybody Hates the Gout” in Season 1.
