ICE Agent Drops The Hammer on Reporter

My wife dropping her crockpot lid and shattering the handle may be a sad day for her, but for me, it’s another chance at proving my 3D printer was worth it!

For Part 5, I’m not just replacing a handle; I’m upgrading it. I used PETG for heat resistance and modeled a custom "anti-roll" flat top so the lid stays put on the counter. Plus, I finally tried a "pause-at-layer" print to lock the original threaded insert directly into the part.

The best part? I added a hidden clip for the meat thermometer. One less mess on the counter and one more win for the workshop.

Chilling video shows the deadly crash at LaGuardia Airport in New York City.

Two people were killed and dozens were injured when regional Air Canada jet collided into a Port Authority airport vehicle.

The Trump administration is sending ICE to at least 14 airports to help TSA.

White House border czar Tom Homan said Sunday that ICE agents will deploy to airports across the country Monday to assist TSA officers with security at airport entrances and exits where lines have been particularly long in recent weeks.

Homan told CNN’s “State of the Union” he was currently working on a plan for the deployment with the leaders of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Transportation Security Administration. He said he believed it would begin at large airports that have seen longest wait times and that agents would cover security points but wouldn’t provide help with baggage screenings.

“You know, certainly a highly trained ICE law enforcement officer can cover an exit. Make sure people don’t go through those exits, enter an airport through the exits and stuff like that, relieves that TSA officer to go to screening and to reduce those lines,” Homan added.

His remarks come after President Donald Trump said Saturday that he would deploy ICE agents to airports as soon as Monday to help ease long lines.

“ICE will do the job far better than ever done before!” he wrote Saturday on Truth Social.

The surveillance footage of the crash shows the plane continue down the runway even after it makes impact with the truck, which was t-boned and obliterated. Two pilots were killed and dozens of people injured. Aftermath footage revealed the nose of the plane torn to shreds and angled into up into the air.

Following the completion of his degree, Jim worked on Capitol Hill for US Sen. Rand Paul, where he was assigned to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Later, he worked at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft and as a Senior Policy Advisor for then Presidential Candidate RFK, jr. James has also worked as a journalist for multiple outlets, including embedding with US troops across Afghanistan.
