Firing at Kurukshetra 'Mahayagya' leaves one injured, triggers protest

A firing incident occurred on Saturday morning during a Mahayagya at Keshav Park in Kurukshetra, leaving one person critically injured. According to reports, a member of the Brahmin community identified as Ashish suffered a bullet injury. The agitating community members alleged that the gunman of the Mahayagya organiser fired the shot after they raised objections about the quality of the food being served. They raised slogans against the event organisers, demanding action. The protesters, who had traveled from various states to attend the Mahayagya, claimed that the poor quality of food led to the scuffle, which eventually escalated into the firing.
